Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and handed to the appropriate delivery carrier.

Orders placed before the cut-off time are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may add one additional day to the estimated delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update after dispatch. Short delays in tracking updates are normal.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@ribuella.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund.

Pickup Points & Missed Deliveries

If your order is delivered to a pickup point, delivery costs remain fully covered by us.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a €25 handling fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
